Fiberglass piping can be accurately inspected using UTComp fiberglass examination combined with a visual inspection.
Certification Requirements:
- API 570.
- CWB Level 1, 2, and 3.
- CGSB UT Level 1, 2, and 3 with UTComp Training.
Inspection Outcomes:
- Determine remaining life utilizing a combination of visual and UT analysis.
- Removal and replacement of piping as required.
Inspection Requirements:
- Clean surfaces and sufficient access.
